Our story

What's missing

You can find out what a company pays, what its culture is like, what people say about management. You can't find out what its interview process is actually like — how many rounds, whether anyone tells you what's happening, whether the four weeks they promised becomes eleven.

That's the one part every candidate goes through, and the part almost no one documents. So candidates go in blind, with no shared record to learn from.

Induo IQ scores it — from verified, anonymous candidate experiences.

Why this exists

I've had processes that were clear and respectful, and ones that dragged on for weeks with no word. The problem was never that both exist — it's that there was no way to know which one I was walking into.

A good or bad interview experience isn't just one person's. It moves through your network and shapes how an entire talent pool sees a company. Thousands of us are interviewing right now — at the same companies, through the same processes — but we rarely compare notes. Today that experience lives in a text, a phone call, a vent with a friend. And then it's gone. It's a community that doesn't know it's a community, because the information never comes together.

Induo IQ is where it comes together. We give that experience a home. We structure it. We make it searchable.

Who's behind it

Induo IQ is independent — not owned by a job board, a recruiter, or an employer. Nobody can pay to change a score. Built by people on the same path, who never had anywhere to compare notes.

So you never interview blind again.
